  • Payment information: billing details processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number or other sensitive payment details on our own servers.
  • Content you upload: listing photos you upload to generate videos.
  • Content we generate: the videos ReeltyAI produces from your uploaded photos.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the video generation service;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription or purchases;
  • Communicate with you about your account, orders, and service updates; and
  • Respond to support requests and questions you send us.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following third-party services to operate ReeltyAI. Each processes certain data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policies:

  • Supabase — database hosting and user authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • fal.ai — AI-powered video generation from your uploaded photos.
  • RapidAPI — retrieval of publicly available listing data you choose to import.

4. Data retention

Uploaded listing photos and generated videos are stored on our servers so you can access and re-download your videos at any time. We retain this content until you delete it yourself or request its deletion, or until your account is closed.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reelty.tech. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with legal obligations.

6. Cookies

We use standard session cookies to keep you signed in and to authenticate your requests. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.
