Terms of Service

1. Service description and acceptable use

ReeltyAI turns listing photos you upload into AI-generated walkthrough videos. You agree to use ReeltyAI only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• Use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent representations of a property.

We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.

2. Payment terms

ReeltyAI offers both one-time purchases (such as single-video or multi-video packs) and recurring subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: because video generation consumes compute resources as soon as it starts, purchases are generally non-refundable once a video generation job has been submitted. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, contact support@reelty.tech and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. User-generated content

By uploading a photo to ReeltyAI, you confirm that you own the photo or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to use it and to allow us to process it in order to generate a video. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and the videos generated from them. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Limitation of liability

ReeltyAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algro Media and ReeltyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of ReeltyAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Account termination

You may stop using ReeltyAI and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@reelty.tech. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use ReeltyAI ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as limitation of liability) will survive.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReeltyAI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon.
